Business Grants for Employee Training
The purpose of the Business Grants for Employee Training Program is to provide resources for employers to train currently employed workers in an effort to keep businesses and workers competitive.
On-The-Job Training
Employers who find job seekers that may not have all of the experience or skill necessary to perform the job duties, but who could become job ready with additional training, may be able to receive financial assistance for training.

RFP for One-Stop Operator 2024

Proposal Submission Information and Guidance:

The Land of Lincoln Workforce Board is soliciting proposals for a One-Stop Operator to coordinate service delivery among the One-Stop Partners and service providers.

Marcella Consulting Corporation (MCC) is serving as the independent procurement entity for the Land of Lincoln Workforce Board.

Proposals must include a complete scope of work, qualifications of individuals fulfilling the proposed duties and all costs associated with fulfilling the proposal.

Proposals will be accepted through April 5, 2024 by email to jeffmarcella@gmail.com.
