It is the mission of the Land of Lincoln Workforce Alliance to provide employment training and career services to Illinois job seekers.

Land of Lincoln Workforce Alliance fulfills the mission of providing job training, education, career information, and job search services that link employers with people seeking employment through our comprehensive offering of employment tools and resources online.

The center is focused on education and economic development in an effort to create a collective response to economic and labor market challenges on the national, state, and local levels. LLWA is a comprehensive provider where career and employment-oriented services are available. The center has partnered with many organizations that join together to foster prompt, lasting, economic self-sufficiency for job seekers.

Access to a broad range of information, equipment instruction, and resources is available to assist job seekers and prospective employers in securing training and in conducting a comprehensive job search. The center is the place where employers can find workers who are qualified to meet specific job demands. In addition to the Springfield location, LLWA workNet Centers are located in Beardstown, Lincoln, Petersburg, and Taylorville.
